EAT CARBS!!! ( 1 to 2 nights
before )
Eat a lot of carbohydrates;
macaroni and cheese, potatoes,
rice, etc. This will give you the
energy that you need! |

DRINK WATER!! ( 1 to 2 nights
before )
Drink a lot of water two days before the event. How many
glasses?
Minimum of 8 glasses up to a gallon per day. |

BRING YOUR GYM BAG! (
pack some goodies)
& Bring a Towel ( you
will sweat)

is nice when you dance with someone that has good
hygiene. A great smile with a couple of mints runs a
long way when you are making new friends!
Also,
bring a towel ( you will sweat ).
